Greenhill Coffee was established in 1987 by Barry Constable, who started off by supplying cafes, coffee shops, public houses and food wholesalers. His vision was to establish Greenhill as a major supplier of Fairly traded and Organic coffee. As soon as The Fairtrade Foundation started to certify coffee Greenhill became a member. Since then Greenhill has prided itself on only roasting and supplying Organic coffee and where possible Fairtrade coffee.
