Our recent Delhi meetup was an enriching experience, building on the success of our Bangalore event. This gathering was designed to provide valuable insights, foster collaboration, and explore the latest innovations within the Zoho Partner community. During the CRM Group Session, partners delved into the latest advancements in Zoho CRM aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth. The Zoho Assist Session highlighted remote support solutions, ensuring seamless client service and satisfaction. In the Expectations from Partners session, partners had the opportunity to share their feedback and expectations, helping shape our collaborative efforts moving forward. Post a networking lunch, the BIGIN Session focused on tools for managing smaller sales teams effectively, providing practical strategies for growth.
The day concluded with an interactive open house Q&A session, where partners engaged directly with Zoho team members. This session allowed for personalized responses to queries and constructive feedback in a transparent, collaborative setting.
