Business Development Manager

Role Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Build relationships with prospective clients.
  2. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  3. Manage sales pipeline.
  4. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
  5. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
  6. Identify partnership opportunities.
  7. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
  8. Maintain existing business.
  9. Think critically when planning to assure project success.
     

Skills and Qualifications

  1. 3+ years experience required in the IT sales industry.
  2. Fluent in Arabic ( Spoken and preferably written).
  3. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
  4. Strong negotiation skills.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. CRM experience is preferred.
  7. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  8. Focused and goal-oriented.
