Role Overview
We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to join our Gurgaon sales team. You’ll work alongside experienced BD managers to identify prospects, qualify leads, and support the full pre-sales cycle for our international IT services business. This is a strong launchpad for a career in technology sales, account management, or pre-sales consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, bidding platforms, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and map them to relevant Revinfotech service offerings including web, mobile, AI/ML, cloud, and blockchain solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Assist senior BD team members with proposal writing, pitch decks, and client communication.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent and professional follow-up.
- Coordinate with delivery, design, and technical pre-sales teams to ensure smooth handover of closed deals.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and pipeline status in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Genuine interest in client-facing work and international business development.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and business development concepts.
- Working understanding of IT services, particularly web and mobile app development.
- Strong learning mindset, ownership, and adaptability.
- Comfortable collaborating across sales, delivery, and technical teams.
Eligibility
- Freshers welcome (0–1 year of experience).
- Graduate in any stream; degrees in Business, Marketing, IT, or Computer Science are preferred.
- Available to work on-site in Gurgaon, 5 days a week.
