Blockchain Developer
About Revinfotech
Revinfotech is a global IT services company with 18+ years of delivery experience across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and India. We build custom software, AI/ML, blockchain/Web3, cloud, and enterprise solutions for clients ranging from early-stage startups to large enterprises.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer to design, build, and maintain smart contracts and decentralized applications across EVM-compatible chains. You’ll work with product, design, and engineering teams on Web3 projects including DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, and decentralized exchanges, writing secure and gas-efficient contracts and integrating them into real, production front ends. This role suits someone who thinks in adversarial terms about contract security and enjoys owning a feature from architecture through mainnet deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains such as Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, or Base.
- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) for DeFi, NFT, and exchange platforms.
- Integrate smart contracts with front-end applications using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or wagmi.
- Write comprehensive tests, including unit and invariant tests, using Foundry or Hardhat.
- Optimise smart contracts for gas efficiency and transaction performance.
- Identify and mitigate common security vulnerabilities such as reentrancy, access control failures, and oracle manipulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineering.
- Monitor and upgrade deployed contracts in response to security issues or network upgrades.
- Document contract functionality, architecture, and deployment procedures.
- Stay current with blockchain trends, Layer-2 developments, and evolving security best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in blockchain or smart contract development.
- Strong proficiency in Solidity and solid understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
- Hands-on experience with Foundry or Hardhat for testing and deployment.
- Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or wagmi for front-end integration.
- Understanding of common smart contract standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
- Working knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for security-critical code.
Good to Have
- Experience deploying to Layer-2 networks such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, or zkSync.
- Experience integrating with established DeFi protocols such as Uniswap, Aave, or Chainlink.
- Exposure to non-EVM ecosystems such as Solana (Rust) or other chains.
- Experience with static analysis tools such as Slither, and prior participation in a smart contract audit.
- Familiarity with node and RPC providers such as Alchemy, Infura, or QuickNode.
- Understanding of account abstraction and modern wallet integration (RainbowKit, WalletConnect).
Eligibility
- 2+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Available to work on-site in Gurugram, 5 days a week.
What You’ll Get
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Web3 and blockchain projects across DeFi, NFT, and exchange platforms.
- A collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
- Exposure to global clients across DeFi, NFT, and enterprise blockchain.
- Continuous learning and growth opportunities in the Web3 space.
