Role Overview
We’re hiring a Business Development Executive – Outbound Sales to drive top-of-funnel growth for our Web and Mobile App Development service lines. You’ll own outbound prospecting end-to-end: identifying ideal accounts, running multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn and email, qualifying conversations, and handing warm meetings to senior sales. This role is a strong fit if you enjoy structured outbound, sharpening messaging, and seeing your pipeline convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through structured outbound sales motions.
- Run lead generation across LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and personalised email outreach.
- Identify and qualify potential clients for Web Development and Mobile App Development services.
- Initiate first conversations with prospects, understand their requirements, and assess fit.
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for senior sales and pre-sales teams.
- Maintain accurate lead, contact, and pipeline data in the CRM.
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads aligned to monthly targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams for smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation within an IT services environment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach (sequencing tools are a plus).
- Proven experience selling IT services, especially Web Development and Mobile App Development.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to research target accounts, build ICPs, and personalise outreach at scale.
- Ownership mindset, target orientation, and comfort working with quotas.
Good to Have
- Exposure to international markets including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East.
- Experience with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, and Instantly.
- Familiarity with modern web/mobile technologies including React, Next.js, Node.js, Flutter, and React Native.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream; degrees in Business, Marketing, IT, or Computer Science are preferred.
- Available to work on-site, 5 days a week.
