As a Senior Software Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. We are looking for someone who is passionate about software sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a deep understanding of chatbot and AI sales solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads
- Conduct in-depth software demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our products
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in chatbot and AI sales solutions
- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of the end-to-end sales process
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- CRM experience preferred
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification
