Head of Marketing

Role Description

We are looking forward for a Head of Marketing who will lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. As the Head of Marketing your responsibilities will include developing plans to assist establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. You’ll run our marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness. If you’re a talented and galvanizing Marketing strategist we’d wish to meet you.

Responsibilities

  1. Design strategies for all Marketing teams like Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
  2. Create and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  3. Set, monitor and report on team goals.
  4. Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
  5. Ensure our brand message is robust and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, sites and promotional material).
  6. Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  7. Identify opportunities to succeed in new market segments and expand market share.
  8. Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  9. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
  10. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to spice up brand awareness.
  11. Participate within the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
     

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Working experience as Head of Marketing preferably within IT industry.
  2. Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  3. Solid knowledge of Web Analytics and Google Adwords.
  4. Experience with CRM software.
  5. Leadership skills with the power to line and prioritize goals.
  6. Analytical mind.
  7. Bachelor’s in Marketing or relevant field.
