Tech Lead Drupal

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate who can manage and deliver projects from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution. The candidate must be able to guide the team in defining technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schema. As a tech lead you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and providing technical guidance and support to team.

Responsibilities

1. Building and supporting a variety of drupal sites.
2. Ensure technical development is on track.
3. Create user stories with a level of effort estimates and talk directly with clients about their technical challenges and business needs and manage developers by encouraging productivity, quality and accountability.
4. Providing architectural vision that helps developers guide the implementation decisions.
    

Skills and Qualifications

1. 7+ years of experience in PHP development with minimum 5 years in Drupal or MVC Architectures.
2. 5+ years experience in web technologies like HTML, CSS, jScript, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/React.
3. Strong experience in design, implementation, and optimization of RDBMS databases.
4. Experience in developing technical software design of the application.
5. Good experience in the planning, execution and implementation of high quality software projects including experience with project management tools like Jira.
6. Experience with DevOps (CI/CD).
7. Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
