Senior Designer

Role Description

We are looking forward to the candidate who can work with the Project Managers, UX Designers, Front-end Developers and Back-end Developers for the on-time delivery of the digital products. It is expected that the latest UX/UI trends are reflected in the designs. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or sketch for designing web and mobile interfaces.

Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize design language to be used in digital products for both web and mobile platforms.
2. Transform UX wireframes into design prototypes and full blown designs inclusive of site navigation & layout of content.
3. Work directly with clients, Project Managers, UX Designers, Front-end Developers, and Back-end Developers to coordinate the on-time delivery of digital products.
4. Ensure the latest UX/UI trends are reflected in designs and industry standards are followed.
5. Mentoring designers & assisting them with their work.
6. Participate in planning of activities.
    

Skills and Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator or Sketch for designing web & mobile interfaces.
2. Expertise in using a grid approach in design & layout.
3. Excellent typographical skills.
4. Sound knowledge of UX design, modern design patterns, dark patterns, etc.
5. Expertise in optimizing images for use on web & in mobile apps.
6. Strong experience in Adobe After-Effects and Adobe Premiere.
7. Strong experience in automating design tasks
8. Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skill.
