Role Description
Partner Account Manager will be responsible to onboard and support new Reseller Accounts to boost revenue as well as to provide a centralised point of contact for all issues related to the Reseller Account in order to increase the Reseller’s satisfaction as a business partner.
Responsibilities
- Building relationship and trust with key members of the Reseller Account.
- Helping the reseller understand how to use our product and increase the number of places in their product that PI is placed and sold.
- Remove obstacles to business.
- Increase activity level measured in business generation.
- Handle technical escalations.
- Ensure a consistent and cohesive partner experience for the Reseller Account.
- Anticipate and manage the conversation regarding the PDR with the Reseller.
- Popularize partners and actively report partner value to the company.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- At least 5 years direct enterprise level software sales and/or partner management required with a track record of sustained success.
- Ability to articulate the business values of the PI infrastructure .
- IT Technology Sales experience preferred.
