Responsibilities
- Educate prospective clients about Revinfotech and product
- Collaborate closely with finance, product, and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and messaging
- Stay informed about industry developments, trends, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts including cold calls, emails, and networking. • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships.
- Customize solutions to meet client needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of Revinfotech and its product.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and target markets for business expansion.
- Manage customer feedback and escalations, working with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
