Account & operation Manager

  • Communicate to internal teams effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met and on schedule.
  • Assists in the development of operational service delivery solutions to include documented playbooks, account operations plan, Monitors effectiveness of maintenance efforts for facilities within criteria as assigned, ensuring work is completed in accordance with account KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Monitor and supervision client contracts, ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Responsible for client communication and act like main point of contact between client & employees.
  • Responsible for bookkeeping, day to day expenses and communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met and maintain the track records on particular expenses.
  • Should have good working knowledge of all types of taxes.
  • Responsible for maintaining the tracker for existing clients and new clients and initiating the invoicing and developing monthly & quarterly accounting reports.
  • Should have expertise in maintaining the MIS. (MS Office in particular).
  • Responsible for project costing and maintaining the profit & loss (P&L) statement. Plan & implement the company’s financial strategy.
  • Supervision of deliverables and maintain a strong relationship with clients for organizational business growth.
  • Client communication and negotiation with the client.
  • Prepare reports on account status and create new internal accounting corporate policies.
  • Working knowledge of Tally & accounting software.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.

Skillsets:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in account
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills
  • Working knowledge of account portals/software and Tally.
