•Law assurance: Our confidentiality agreement and contracts with customers are signed in California and are subject to US laws. In addition, each employee has signed an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) with the company to ensure all information is kept within the company.
•Regulation assurance: Once receiving clients’ data, it will be encrypted and sent to an accessing group to assure data is not to be copied without the correct monitoring. All the workstations and servers that store and process data are locked and set with a strict accessing-right mechanism. Furthermore, specific persons are assigned to monitor this machine to assure data security. By setting the strict “one login, the other has logout” mechanism, we can monitor the network folder access record. Once the data is delivered to the clients, the data will be destructed completely in responding to the clients’ requirement.
