- Responsible for online bidding on Upwork (Mandatory), Elance, GURU, Freelancer, and PPH portals.
- The candidate should be able to do Cold Calls to potential customers based on the international market.
- Excellent communication skills, able to well communicate with customers across the globe.
- Should be flexible to coordinate with the clients for night shifts when required.
- Experience of 3- 5 years of international business development is a must.
- Good knowledge of getting quality leads for web design/development and mobile application development.
- Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile.
- The Candidate should be technically sound and the ability to work independently
- Knows ethical way of bidding and proposal making as per the job requirement.
- Prior experience in handling targets and work as an individual contributor on the team.

- Collaborated with global peers to meet all client RFP/RFI requirements and building a fruitful relationship with clients.
- Involved in the creation of short & long- term plans for RFPs, software development & peer development
- Formulated offer strategy in coordination with the business development team and Key account managers
- Actively involved in the decision-making process with technical staff and higher management.
- Introducing improvements in business strategy based on the customer’s feedback.
